Step by step, we explore the Half Primary Series, building strength, breath awareness, and confidence. Perfect for beginners and those wishing to return to the foundations with curiosity and care.

A deeper dive for the dedicated practitioner. This class moves into the Primary Series with a steady and inclusive approach, adding technique-based drills to strengthen, refine, and unlock challenging postures. A space to experiment, grow, and gradually feel at home in the complexity of Ashtanga, supported by guidance and community.
